Last year we told you about Lenny Kravitz's design firm Kravitz Design Inc. and how they were lending their eye for luxury home design to Miami condominium Paramount Bay. Back then, the vision was just beginning but now it's a sophisticated reality, offering residents 47-stories of thoughtful design and amenities for every age.

The bay-front tower works to blend Miami living with Kravitz's rock star style, giving the expected tropical landscaping along with the more unique touches of a 30-foot tall lobby and specially designed rooms for kids and teenagers. The kids room focuses on arts and crafts, with interactive learning and reading as important aspects, while the teen room has a musical focus. Both have vibrant color pallets and feature Kravitz Design Inc's Tropicalismo Wallpaper Collection. For those who get worried about what their kids are up to, the children's room is wired with live webcam technology, making it super easy to check in on your tots while you're away.

“My vision for Paramount Bay is one that integrates the natural beauty and energy of Miami into a look that is as functional as it is inspirational,” said Lenny Kravitz of Kravitz Design Inc. “Life within the walls of Paramount Bay should be a blend of urban chic and waterfront living. Every corner, space and turn is strategically envisioned to emphasize this.”

The lobby is anchored by a grand staircase and a tropical garden-like atmosphere on the north end. The plants are meant to combine urban living with an oasis feel, complete with built-in seating helping to achieve an organic look. Throughout the lobby and mezzanine, residents are surrounded by American walnut wood, smoky grey glass and bronze accents, paonazzo marble, garden rooms and carefully selected luxury furnishings.

Paramount Bay has over 340 residences within, prices ranging from $460,000 to over $4,000,000, condos with up to five bedrooms and 1,214 to 4,437 square feet of room. The homes are accessible through individual elevators and foyers, each residence decorated with earth tones and crisp lines. The aesthetic is meant to be fresh, offering luxury that is comfortable and livable. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in tons of natural light and the floor plans are open, leading out to panoramic terraces that give city and ocean views.

"Paramount Bay redefines Miami living by blending resort-life with urban cool. A destination within a destination – located within the city’s hottest neighborhood," says Kravitz.

While the condos are nice, the perks of living at Parmount Bay definitely seem to be the building itself. Those who live there have access to two pools, facing the east and west, with the main pool offering 91 feet of swimming space. Near the pools there are plenty of games to keep kids occupied, a movie screen, hammocks, swing chairs, and BBQ cabanas.

Everyone who lives there is also a part of the Paramount's Beach Club, which allows them private access to the newly renovated Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach. The Club includes various water sports, restaurants, and Camp Roc for kids.
