Clio, found in Boston's Eliot Hotel, was opened in 1997 by Chef Ken Oringer. The restaurant was quickly named "Best Newcomer of the Year," by Gourmet magazine. Clio's cuisine, while global, is firmly rooted in French culinary traditions, with a menu featuring items such as foie gras and escargot paired with ginger gremolata.
Clio is also recognized for its outstanding cocktails by Todd Maul.
