The Greenhouse lives by its name, and allows the season's changes to develop the menu. The staff is a close team of 40 members, all of whom are dedicated to their craft with an extensive knowledge of the menu and a passion for pleasing their guests.
Care to learn about seasonal cuisine yourself? The Greenhouse welcomes small groups every other month to take a cookery class from Chef Antonin Bonnet where he reveals secrets of his clandestine craft and sits down for a meal with you afterwards.
