Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, which normally means feasting on Mexican cuisine and sipping on plenty of tequila. Announced this morning, Chef Josh Capon of New York’s El Toro Blanco and Tequila Avión unveiled their “World’s Most Expensive Tasting Flight” package, just in time for the holiday. Available May 5, 2015 until May 5, 2016, the $500,000 luxury offer includes travel to Jalisco with 10 of your friends via a private Gulfstream jet.

"As an ultra-premium tequila brand, Avión aims to constantly challenge standards of quality and luxury," said Tequila Avión Founder Ken Austin. "This exclusive travel package exemplifies our mission to create sought after products and once-in-a-lifetime experiences while celebrating the Avión liquid, which is at the core of everything we do."

Austin will personally host the trip and guests will be treated to their own butler and private fleet of luxury cars to transport them to and from the airport. Lest you miss out on any great shots for social media, a professional photographer will also accompany the group, documenting all events.

Along with accommodations at Las Alamandas hotel for three days and two nights, guests will also enjoy a private dinner curated by Chef Josh Capon one evening. Since tequila is the theme of the trip, travelers will visit the Jalisco agave fields to select and harvest the sweet plant. Afterwards, choose your own barrel to age and in two years, the private small batch of Anejo will be shipped back to you. To top it off, guests will get to dine with Austin and Master Distiller Alejandro Lopez at their private compound and leave with a never-released bottle of tequila from Austin’s personal stash.
