Our Favorite International Travel Destinations for Summer 2017

Summer is fast approaching and you are looking to take a week—or maybe more—off from work to go on a much-deserved international adventure. This is the time of the year when the desire to travel peaks, thanks to the longer days and warmer weather—but where to go? It’s a big world out there and trying to choose where to journey can be daunting. So read on to find out about some of our favorite international destinations (and some of the best hotels and resorts in each one) to make summer 2017 the most memorable one yet.

Fiji

Located in the heart of the South Pacific, Fiji is known for its luxurious private islands, all-inclusive resorts, top spas, culinary destinations and outdoor adventures. Bali

Bali, the island and province of Indonesia, is known as The Island of the Gods due to the great beaches, countless waves for surfing, wonderful natural sites to visit and explore, colorful ceremonies, world-class activities, shopping and more. May and June are shoulder season and coincide with the best weather (drier, less humid) and allow travelers to find good room deals, with some last-minute bookings available. The beachfront InterContinental Bali Resort is nestled in lush tropical gardens, alongside a stretch of prime white sand beach which invites guests to immerse in the ambiance of a tranquil Balinese village. Tobago
