Miami Dining: Quattro Gastronomica Italiana has been bringing authentic Northern Italian dishes to Miami Beach since 2006, and shows no signs of slowing down. Twin brothers Nicola and Fabrizio Carro have come straight from the boot to the beach to head up the kitchen, bringing with them authentic skills and ingredients.
The dining room is elegantly-designed, with materials imported from the motherland in tones of evergreen and pine bark. The bar is the sparkling focal point, with a wide selection of libations.
