With the largest inventory of luxury villas in Newport Beach, the Resort’s two-, three- and four-bedroom Villas range from 2,200 square feet to 3,581 square feet. Each spacious villa offers expansive terraces with dramatic ocean views and a comprehensive and personalized service program of amenities. From marble walk-in showers and a top of the line kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerators and appliances from Wolf and Cuisipro. Guests who book a villa also gain access to the 10,000-square-foot Villa Clubhouse which provides: private gourmet dining, a radiant blue pool created by hand-setting 300,000 hand-cut glass mosaic tiles with luxurious cabanas.

Inspired by the famed Coliseum in Rome, the resort’s pool is at the heart of the resort and affords guests a magnificent backdrop of endless sea and coast. The striking pool is perfectly circular and 136 feet in diameter and is made up of 1.1 million hand-cut glass mosaic tiles which dazzle during the day. Complete with a terrace deck, guests of the resort (or non-guests) can book private cabanas which feature flat-screen HDTVs, dining tables, chaise lounges and draping curtains for privacy.

Resort guests or those looking for a lively place to gather can relax at the plush seating at the Great Room Social Lounge.  If you're looking for a quick bite on-the-go swing by the Caffè & Market where a friendly barista makes your favorite coffee along with hundreds of food and beverage items. Villa guests looking for a casual bite for breakfast or lunch can enjoy the Villa Clubhouse dining room and terrace, while on the weekends, Villa Clubhouse offers Piccolo, a globally inspired small plates epicurean experience available exclusively to Resort guests.

Overlooking the stunning Coliseum Pool, The Coliseum Pool & Grill provides diners American favorites while the Pelican Grill, located at Pelican Hill Golf Club is the quintessential California dining experience with locally sourced food which can be enjoyed on the ocean-view terrace. At their premier restaurant Andrea Ristorante, attention to detail to recreate the true flavors of Italy start with its own pasta-making kitchen along with the kitchen’s menu of Tuscan-influenced dishes. Handmade daily by its staff, Andrea features more than a dozen types of pasta along with pasta making classes that can be enjoyed by guests daily with advance reservations.

Designed by Tom Fazio, Pelican Hill Golf Club® boasts 36 holes with views of the Pacific just to the West from every hole and a lavish 44,000 square foot clubhouse. Split into Ocean North and Ocean South, the two 18-hole courses are amongst the most prestigious in the United States.
