Designed by Lab11, the new luxury suites at Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas, the sustainably minded and soulful luxury property in Santorini from Santo Collection, create an authentically earthy, harmonious and relaxing feel. These elegant and sophisticated suites include a spacious open-plan living area, a king-size bed and terraces which extend Santo Pure’s luxurious living to 83 suites and two villas.
On the outskirts of Oia village, guests will experience feelings of space, serenity, pure relaxation and privacy and be afforded to see exquisite sunsets, sink into the Aegean Sea.
Local Greek interior design studio Lab11 wanted to create a harmonious and cohesive aesthetic with the natural surroundings and as such they selected natural elements and pigments to adorn the new suites. From basaltic rock, ochre, volcanic ash and white lime, there are also distinct solid wood accent features which create an authentically earthy interior feel. Based on the principles of wabi-sabi that enable the unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, guests are provided a sense of unassuming luxury.
Away from the crowds, the 20 new suites form a new neighborhood at Santo Pure which includes a range of different suite categories, including a new suite category, the Exclusive Junior Suite Sunset & Sea View with Private Pool.
Along with the suites, the resort announced two recent additions. First, was welcoming Andreas Vegnopoulos as the new Head Chef of the award-winning fine-dining restaurant Alios Ilios. Andreas is bringing his experience which includes cooking at five-star hotels in Greece and across Europe, to present a menu that features locally sourced seasonal ingredients, including from the resort’s own organic gardens, and curated degustation menus running seven, nine or 11 courses. Second is the new Wellness Package which includes a five-hour guided bicycle tour to the smaller, neighboring island of Thirassia along with other amenities available in their suites, specialized spa treatments, outdoor activities and outdoor yoga.
