With the rainy season upon us and cold temperatures chilling our bones, it’s easy to daydream about trips to warm tropical islands this winter. Nevis in the Caribbean is one such destination luring us onto its shores with their newest property Paradise Beach opening January 2015.
Located directly on the beach, Paradise Beach will offer seven three- to four-bedroom villas inspired by a blend of Balinese and Caribbean culture. Paradise Beach blends into its natural landscape while offering contemporary interiors and eclectic décor. Featuring hand-woven thatched roofs, privacy walls enclosing the garden and 20-foot vaulted ceilings, each villa will offer the intimacy of a home while boasting five-star services.
Each villa comes with two king bedrooms, one or two queen bedrooms, outdoor showers, an open living space and a full kitchen. All residences come fully air-conditioned, though the sliding, floor-to-ceiling Balinese glass walls can easily be opened to allow the cool island breezes to flow throughout the house. Outdoors, a dining pavilion and a waterfall pool overlook the sea and neighboring St. Kitts. Private chefs can also be arranged to prepare meals for guests or to accommodate dining for a party setting.
While there are no dining venues or additional amenities on site, the resort is nearby restaurants, tennis courts, golf courses and a number of sight-seeing attractions. To be among the first guests to experience the boutique villas, call 869.469.7900. Rates begin at $1,000 a night with a three-night minimum for stays through January 30, 2015.
