Addison | William Bradley
Located inside one of San Diego’s most luxurious hotels, The Addison’s artisanal approach to fine dining incorporates local produce and fare complemented by the restaurant’s richly appointed European décor. Behind the scenes Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef William Bradley is responsible for the menu, and with his impressive culinary talents, both Chef and restaurant have earned a bevy of accolades since The Grand Del Mar's exclusive dining venue opened in 2006. Searsucker | Brian Malarkey
Chef Brian Malarkey, since receiving national acclaim as a top contender from Bravo’s Top Chef, has returned to San Diego to open five incredibly successful restaurants in the city, including Burlap, Gabardine, Campine, Gingham and Herringbone. However, his first, Searsucker, broke the mold with its perfect blend of high quality, yet accessible food found conveniently in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp District. Nobu San Diego | Chef David Meade
Nobu, located in the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel, opened in 2007 as another venue in which Chef Nobu Matsuhisa boasted his world famous Asian cuisine. Aside from Chef Nobu’s internationally revered dishes, Chef David Meade, who perfected his culinary expertise at Nobu Miami and Nobu New York, offers his own dishes at the locale.
