For those looking for the absolute best in whisky, Harrods in London recently revealed a set that comes in at a whopping $1.6 million. There are only 12 bottles available, though, so if you are a true connoisseur or collector, you may have to act quickly, though at that price there might not be much demand. 

London’s luxury department store Harrods has unveiled a $1.6 million whisky set, which it prides as “the masterpiece of a lifetime.”

“Housed in a bespoke wooden cabinet by Gavin Robertson, the collection is accompanied by a unique, hand written ledger book that capture’s Paterson’s every thought and step on the way to creating the collection,” Harrods says in its website description. “Each page of the ledger has been individually foiled in silver with Paterson’s signature and bound in a bespoke calfskin leather book, while the handcrafted crystal decanters by Glencairn have been adorned with hand-engraved silver by luxury jewellers, Hamilton & Inches.” Read More
