Quite unlike many of the luxury vacations in Ireland’s more populated areas, the Loch Lein Country House in Killarney is a serene departure from the hustle and bustle of other European cities like London, Paris or Dublin. With world-class golfing nearby and some extremely positive reviews about every aspect of this location, this hotel seems to offer everything I would want in an outdoor-centered vacation with the wife and kids.
The plethora of activities at Loch Lein Country House include cycling, hill walking and boating, which are all things I would do while on vacation there, and they are all easily enjoyed by every member of my family. Additionally, with extremely comfortable accommodations and some beautiful views of the Lakes of Killarney, I can see my wife and me relaxing for days on end. Of course, I would also partake in the great cuisine offered at Legends Restaurant and have some great traditional Irish cuisine after a pre-dinner beverage in the resident’s lounge.
