Paradise by Marriott

What do you want out of Mexican vacation? Sun, sand, water, relaxing activities and probably tequila. At the CasaMagna Marriott Puerta Vallarta Resort & Spa, blue agave plants are grown on the property. From there, they are harvested and made into CasaMagna custom brand tequila. And guests at the resort get to participate in a tequila tasting for free. Pretty cool, right?

Tequila is not the only reason to visit CasaMagna. This Mexican Pacific resort is equipped with everything needed for a great vacation: beautiful beaches, lovely pools, professional spa and even a nearby golf course if you are feeling competitive.

If relaxation is your goal, hang around the resort for quality time at the pool and beach. Then, head to the new 22,000 square foot spa for some pampering. The spa has everything you could want. It boasts a complete service spa with body treatments, a dry sauna, steam rooms, a salon, fitness center and yoga classes.

If you are more the adventurous type, the city of Puerta Vallarta has a lot to explore, and it is safe to do so. The Condé Nast readers voted it the #1 Friendliest City in the World and it has been named a Safe Haven by a CBS international poll. CasaMagna is close to everything, about ten minutes from downtown and five minutes from the airport.

If you are into tequila, warm weather and luxurious relaxation, I recommend heading to Puerta Vallarta.
