It is quite likely that my reasons for wanting to go on vacation in Paris are very similar to why anyone would want to go there; it is a world-class city that purportedly has the best restaurants in the world as well as killer shopping, significant sightseeing attractions and has an unparalleled atmosphere of romance. With numerous traveler beacons like Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and Sainte Chappele, there might actually be more things to see in Paris than any other city across the globe, and that’s saying a lot when you take into consideration the behemoth tourism cities like New York, Los Angeles, Rome, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

With a primary focus on experiencing firsthand these major contributions to western civilization and a secondary goal of gaining as much weight from fresh croissants as is humanly possible, Paris looks like it would just be an utterly amazing city to travel to.
