James D. Butler is the Chief Executive Officer of the private air travel consulting firm, Shaircraft Solutions. Since 1997, Mr. Butler has been advising clients on their investments in private air travel. Clients have included professional golfers Scott Hoch, Scott Verplank and Bob Tway as well as Hall of Fame football star and broadcaster, Howie Long.
Mr. Butler is one of the most respected authorities in private air travel today. He authors a bi-monthly column entitled 'Inside Fractionals' for Business Jet Traveler magazine, has appeared on CNN, CNN/SI and Fox News, and has been cited in articles by the Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Boston Globe, Town & Country Magazine, Aviation International News and Business & Commercial Aviation.
