One of the most impressive estates in Beverly Hills has been listed for sale at $63 million. The world-class property is situated on nearly 20 acres overlooking the city and is just a five minute drive from the famed Beverly Hills Hotel. The stunning Mediterranean villa features over 30,000-square-feet of living space comprising 7 bedrooms, 13 full baths and 9 half baths. The estate has been designed to embody the warmth, wealth and beauty of the best of Southern California living. Luxurious touches include nine fireplaces, an elevator, a garage and motor court designed to accommodate 27 cars, staff quarters offering three bedrooms and a separate full kitchen.

The interiors have been designed with all modern amenities, yet pay homage to timeless European elegance. A formal living room, dining room, library, commercial-grade gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, gym, game room, projection screening room, wine cellar and dining room round out the entertaining space. The grounds evoke the kind of serenity found in the world's most exclusive villas with immaculate lawns and gardens, orchards, fountains, a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, outdoor pavilion, pool house with kitchen and pizza oven, tennis court and pavilion and several walking paths.

wonderful pictures! You're right, Jared! This property is one of the most impressive estates in Beverly Hills! I absolutely adore its tennis court and swimming pool. I've read somewhere that the real estate agent Michael Libow is trying to find a buyer for this extraordinary mansion. I would like to live in a house like that!
