With their 14-month marriage coming to an abrupt end, Katy Perry and Russell Brand are starting to sell off their joint real estate, one being this Tribeca penthouse they bought just 18 months ago, according to the New York Post. We obtained the above photos of the 1,500-square-foot duplex from Curbed.com via its original listing with Prudential Douglas Elliman. The unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, heated bathroom floors, cherrywood staircase, high ceilings, exposed beams, and a large terrace with full views of the city. The exes bought the loft for $2.75 million and have put it on the market for the exact same price.
