For the bidder desirous to buy it now, the cost of that selection is $8.195 million. The New York-based, luxury-property auctioneer Concierge Auctions is overseeing the event along with Kuki'o Properties.
The single-family residence, which contains 9,277 square feet of living space and comes fully furnished, is being sold at auction on May 24, 2012. The Big Island estate has an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a wet bar, an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa with an outdoor shower.
