Anguilla's Zemi Beach | A Boutique Caribbean Island Community

Shoal Bay, Anguilla is the Caribbean location of Zemi Beach, a deluxe property that is less than two miles from St. Marten. According to the property’s development team, this boutique island is on a parity with St. Barths for intimacy and exclusivity. Anguilla, a 35-square mile island, is the size as Manhattan and has population of around 15,000. 

Residents of the Zemi Beach community will live along a 1,000-foot strip of prime beach property in single-family, luxury Caribbean homes that will range from 1,200 to 3,700 square feet of living space. The tropical estates also feature outdoor living rooms and elaborate pool/deck areas.

Lane Pettigrew Associates, the architectural firm helming the Zemi Beach project, is known for designing numerous high-end homes and resorts in more than 20 Caribbean countries since 1985. The Goldstein Family, the property developer of the Zemi Beach project in Anguilla, also is known for real estate projects in the U.S. and the Caribbean Islands.

Owners of residences in this mixed-use luxury property development can occupy their residence for up to 90 days yearly. A rental program managed by the resort will be extended to owners for the remainder of the year.
