The TelegraphJournal.com reported that the luxury property, a walled and gated estate of 7,357 square feet on a quarter acre lot, was originally listed at $8.5 million in early 2009. When comparing the selling price to the asking price, the acclaimed A-list couple did just fine. Getting more than 88 percent of an asking price for a high-end property is an “OK day” in any economy. Smile … smile … smile!

Around the main house is a separate guesthouse, a swimming pool, and ornate landscaping that features garden pathways. There are five full bathrooms and four bedrooms in a house that features stone and exotic wood flooring and five fireplaces. This classic two-story house, which is located in one of Los Angeles’ most affluent neighborhoods of all time, was built in 1941.
