Private Residences: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will make its grand opening in downtown Denver 's culturally rich Theater District this fall. The structure, a 45-story tower that will feature 102 private residences and 239 guestrooms, is a vision of the project's master architect, John Carney.
