Luxury Resorts & Casinos: Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa hosted its annual SAVOR BORGATA – A Taste of France, Spain & Italy – at the Borgata Event Center.
This year, each restaurant was represented with their own culinary station, offering guests the exclusive opportunity to interact with Wolfgang Puck (Wolfgang Puck American Grille), Michael Mina (SEABLUE, A Michael Mina Restaurant), Michael Schulson (Izakaya – A Modern Japanese Pub), Stephen Kalt (FORNELLETTO Cucina & Wine Bar), Geoffrey Zakarian (The Water Club at Borgata), Romeo DiBona (Old Homestead Steak House), Ron Ross (Borgata Executive Chef) and Thaddeus DuBois (Borgata Executive Pastry Chef), while sampling each chef's unique approach to Mediterranean cuisine.
Showcasing wines and spirits of Europe's French, Spanish and Italian regions, the event also featured a beer garden with pairings that complement the Mediterranean atmosphere of the evening.

James Beard Award-winner, Julie Powell, joined Savor Borgata for an exclusive book signing of her New York Times Best-Selling book-into-movie, "Julie & Julia". Powell was available throughout the evening signing autographs and mingling with guests who are fans of her much buzzed about memoirs.
This year, tickets, were priced at $100 per person, but for those interested in a more intimate Savor Borgata experience, Borgata offered a VIP ticket (priced at $150) that included early admission to the event among a limited crowd and a gift bag with an autographed copy of "Julie & Julia".
