Steve & Cookie's By The Bay lives in a space that once seated Jersey's infamous rumrunners, gangsters, and political machines, but today is considerably more inviting. Open year-round, Steve & Cookies has developed a local following as well as a list of seasonal regulars.

A mostly Italian menu features timeless classics and new favorites like Lamb Lolichops, Risotto fritter, and plenty of raw and wine bar options as well, all served with live jazz music in the background.
