For the first time in 30 years, the United States has been chosen to host the 2011 World Flower Show and it is here in Boston through the weekend. The show will feature 630 floral designs from 32 countries, floral art demonstrations and a series of lectures.
Among acclaimed demonstrators are the Grand Masters presenting "European Fusion in Flowers": Grand Masters Gregor Lersch, Alison Bradley, Brigitte Auzely, Niels Van Hemert and Carles Jubany Fontanillas. On Saturday night there is a gala celebration banquet at the Westin Hotel.
Each event/lecture is individually priced. For tickets or more information, visit Wafausa.org.
