The Boston International Fine Art Show Comes to Town November 17-20

The 15th annual Boston International Fine Art Show is coming to town November 17-20, 2011 at The Cyclorama, Boston Center for The Arts.

The show, which will host more than 3,000 original works of art, opens with a Gala Preview on Thursday, November 17 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This event will benefit The Greater Boston Food Bank, which distributes more than 34 million pounds of food and grocery products annually to approximately 550 member hunger-relief agencies and 30 Food Bank Direct service programs.

Gala tickets are $100 and $250 and can be purchased online at, or by calling the show office.

The weekend’s events will include a New Collectors Night on Friday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss art collecting as a passion or investment. On Saturday, November 19 at 3 p.m. there will also be a panel on realist art then and now.

Weekend Show hours are Friday from 1 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $15, under 12 free. All special programs are free with show admission. For additional information and a complete list of galleries, visit or call 617.363.0405.
