Looking to participate in a fun dining experience that gives back? Be sure to check out the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, which will be hosting its fourth annual Chefs for the Cure event on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Viking Center in Westwood. Here, you can dine around the city under one roof by sampling dishes from some of Boston’s best chefs.
This year’s lineup of chefs, their home restaurant, and the menu items that will be showcased include:

Keenan Langlois, Union Bar and Grille: Frankfurter on Brioche with House Cured Sauerkraut

by Calina of the Maule Valley along with a silent auction and live raffle. Courtesy of the Viking Center, the raffle will feature a 15 foot wine cellar with six wire shelves storing up to 24 wine bottles horizontally while keeping corks moist (valued at $2,200).
The event starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Viking Center’s culinary showroom, located at 400 Blue Hill Drive, Westwood. Tickets are $100 and will benefit Komen Massachusetts to help fund education, screening, and treatment programs. Proceeds will also aid Komen in offering grant money to community-based organizations that support its mission while helping area locals facing breast cancer better their lives.
