I was quoted a party bus for 15 people would be $600 for 2 pick-up and drop-off's...not bad, right? So, I put $100 down on my credit card to reserve the bus. After the night was finished, the driver said $600 please, which I happily gave him plus an additional $100 for a tip.
A week went by and I noticed the $100 was still on my credit card, so I emailed them asking when the money would be returned because I paid the entire fee in cash. Their response, "We never refund the deposit , the deposit stays".
Be careful when dealing with this company as their customer services is not very customer-friendly. No driver deserves a $200 tip.
FYI...the bus has stains on the leather, the floor had cracks in the wood, the TV didn't work and their sound system, no matter how you tweaked it, sounds very stock. Even the stripper felt bad for us.
