Like any good republic, West Hollywood’s Tortilla Republic avoids consolidation in any one area of power; quality that is, keeping it dispersed across the menu, they’ve recently expanded to serve brunch. Our follow-up on this West Hollywood up-and-comer’s modern Mexican cuisine, finds us happily seated again on the sunny street-facing patio. Brunch, served Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-3pm offers an array of mid-morning meal staples infused by their signature twist on Mexican flavors along with a new cocktail menu.
