Cloaked in secrecy (they don't even have a website), Urasawa has still managed to become well-known among Los Angeles foodies. Hailed by many as the best sushi in L.A., and possibly the world, Urasawa is the embodiment of Hiro Urasawa, who studied under Masa Takayama. This Japanese restaurant is as exclusive as it is exquisite, with just enough space for 10 diners each night, the sushi bar has become a culinary shrine.
