How the hell do you have the audacity to call yourself a professional travel writer? If you can see The Rock of Gibraltar from Benidorm, you truly are superhuman to be able to see over 300 miles, as the crow flies across the other side of Spain!!!

Sennen Cove in Cornwall, UK. It might not get the best weather all the time but as beaches go, its pretty stunning. Has to be one of my all time favorite beaches.

You forgot the beaches of Cyprus. I have traveled extensively and have failed to find a better beach than Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, Cyprus. Especially in May, there is no better beach anywhere.

I have been to fig tree bay and along with golden bay they are the finest beach i have ever been 2.

The beach at Olu Deniz looks more like an island in the Caribbean than Europe destination. I would love to pay it a visit at some point.

as for olu deniz been there 2 beach is full of pebbles not that great and the so called blue lagoon is filthy went snookling there full of sannitry towels and rubbish was disgusted. cyprus has far supperior beaches
