Miami Culture: Florida International University's Wolfsonian is located in the heart of Miami Beach and holds a massive collection of pieces from the era of the Industrial Revolution to World War II. Pieces from 1885 to 1945 appear in a variety of ways, all with the hope of provoking thoughtful discussion of how it relates to the present.
The Wolfsonian greets hundreds of thousands of visitors every year, and their collection spans over 11,000 works of art with 120,000 items in the library collection.
