Dadeland Mall is a huge enclosed shopping center found in the suburb of Kendall, having originally opened in 1962. After many renovations, the mall today is anchored by Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, J.C. Penny, Nordstrom, and The Limited/Express. Other stores include Sephora, Apple, L'Occitane, Zara, Coach, and Marciano.
Dadeland Mall also has a little bit of a Hollywood history, having been used for Alec Baldwin's 1990 film Miami Blues and its exterior used in the 1985 Chuck Norris movie Invasion U.S.A..
