The restaurant is situated on the first floor and accommodates up to 130 people, with a private room for parties of between ten and thirty. The sophisticated interior is decorated with that simple elegance that combines the Armani style with traditional Japanese design. Here one can order from the full menu of chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa's cuisine. Essentially Japanese with Latin American and Peruvian influences, this cuisine - known as "new style" - is based on rare and sought after ingredients, combined to achieve utterly individual flavors: from Toban (yaki of Argentinean beef) to caramelized and grilled Alaskan Black Cod, from Tartare of Amberjack with Imperial Osetra Caviar to Sashimi salad with Matsuhisa sauce.
