In 1996, Davide, Fabio and Gianpaolo had an idea, or rather, the determination, to open a bar. They were young people with a taste for more authentic, less global way of life.
But to open a bar like this, with the drink that today is ever-more popular, beer, required from the start a proper beer, which could only be a craft beer. At this point, Davide's father, Franco, suggested that they start making their own.
And here they are today with their craft beer, or better still, their eight different kinds of craft beer. |
