The restaurant takes its name from a 1900's California artist whose works in ceramics, watercolors, and oils make up the décor of the restaurant. Executive Chef Jeff Jackson makes sure that the menu only features courses that are made from foods of the utmost of quality and freshness and prepared with the least amount of handling, and cooking methods so that the flavors and textures are preserved.
