San Diego Culture: Located in San Diego's beautiful Balboa Park, the Timken Museum of Art houses the world-class Putnam Foundation Collection of European old masters, American art, and Russian icons. This tiny museum has some amazing sculptures in the foyer, and rooms on either side showing off the collection.
Many religious themes are found throughout the collection, which has pieces from many different regions and religions. Admission to the Timken Museum is always free.
