Noble Experiment

Noble Experiment is an experience where cocktails and ingredients are highlighted to their fullest, bringing a new level of pleasure to those looking for quality cocktails. In 2013, it made Esquire's annual Best Bars list! Every drink from their rotating menu contains premium spirits and fresh, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

The space, accessed only via Neighborhood through a hidden keg-wall doorway, features cream leather booths, a Baccarat chandelier, framed 18th and 19th century paintings inspired by admiration for Alex de Tocqueville are positioned on the ceiling, as well as a focal-wall of 2,000 glimmering skulls, each plated with gold leaf and stacked ceiling high.
