High-rise luxury properties in Manila are becoming towering fashion statements in the capital city of the Philippines. Deluxe-property developer Century Properties announced last week that its Trump Tower Manila condominium project will be the first residential building with home collections by Hermès in the common and amenities areas of the building.
It also was announced that buyers in the Trump Tower Manila will select from three Manhattan-inspired interior designs: Downtown SoHo, Fifth Avenue (above), and Park Avenue.
"Trump Tower Manila residents will have the authentic New York experience signature to the Trump buildings in Manhattan and its surrounding district. Each owner will have the privilege of choosing one out of three distinct interior themes that will be used for the finishes of his or her Trump Tower Manila Residence," said Robbie Antonio, managing director of Century Properties and project head of Trump Tower Manila. "This achieves the trademark touch of New York, which is the greatest melting pot of foremost luxury, artistry and sophistication."
Century Properties currently has two fashion-branded luxury real estate developments in Manila. The firm has The Milano Residences, the first condo building in Asia with interiors designed by Versace Home. Century Properties is also launching the first condominium in the world with amenities designed by Missoni Home.
"Owning a space in Trump Tower Manila provides an exclusive opportunity for clients to be immersed in international design, coupled with unparalleled quality and service," said Mr. Antonio. "We at Century Properties would like to showcase what luxury living truly means, and bring this global New York state of mind and lifestyle experience right at Century City, Makati."
The Trump Tower Manila showrooms will open at the Pacific Star Building in Makati in early 2012. For more information, visit Century-Properties.com.
