Bel Air Residence that Fuses Architecture and Landscape

The Rockefeller Partners Architects, innovators behind the impressive Manhattan Beach Residence, are also behind the Bel Air Residence, a designer luxury home. The residential property is 8,200 square feet of contemporary space that fuses both indoor and outdoor living area. The architectural elements of this project were demanding, forcing the designers to merge both structural and landscaping visions.
For this luxury accommodation, Rockefeller architects strived to create a “design language” for the home, which was crafted from a collection of simple, yet dynamic elements including art display, storage, visual aesthetics, and flow. The Rockefeller group has won numerous awards for their work on homes throughout California, including a Dream Homes award for the 33rd Street Residence, AIA South Bay Merit Award for Banyan Drive Treehouse and the 940 E 2nd Street Residence, and a Commercial Real Estate award for the 940 E 2nd Street Residence.
