Las Vegas Dining: Located within The Venetian, Bouchon forgoes the Italian theme in favor of tradition French country cuisine. The menu is adjusted by the seasons, and also features a raw bar and plenty of wines. Some of the wines are, in fact, made exclusively for this restaurant by Napa wineries.
Bouchon serves up food in a bistro style, and can seat diners outside on the patio overlooking the gardens to complete the experience. Highly regarded for their breakfast, the influences of Executive Chef Tom Keller can be felt throughout.
