In perhaps the most notable alliance since the world wars, American Adam Perry Lang and Briton Jamie Oliver have teamed up to bring London a new restaurant Barbecoa. Focused around the relationship between fire and food, the cuisine at Barbecoa is mostly flame-grilled meats.
These selections come from the restaurant's own butcher shop, which is in an adjacent building, to ensure the freshest and finest cuts for their guests.
