Chef Santi Santamaria is a true self-taught gastronomical genius, who after opening Santceloni at the Hotel Hesperia received a Michelin star. Promoting Catalan culture through his restaurant has led the chef to become a member of very prestigious associations such as Relais & Chateaux and Traditions & Qualite.
