Just as the sun comes up in SoHo, the Pegu bartenders are already hard at work preparing their fresh-squeezed juices for the masses set to descend upon them at nightfall. Each cocktail has a unique personality and flavor profile that the mixologists strive to maintain through the use of homemade bitters and craft sodas.
Pegu's nomenclature comes as an ode to the Pegu Club that was once the place to be for colonial British gentlemen overseeing Asian lands, and the décor inside continues the theme.
