Executive Chef, Charles Phan ensures that every ingredient used to create his modern Vietnamese dishes are procured from their original locale. He studies the traditional ingredients, flavors and techniques, then retreats to his Mission district test kitchen, where he and his team recreate the original using contemporary methods and the finest and freshest local ingredients. The finished product is a faithful reproduction of a world classic, modernized in subtle yet powerful ways.
In addition, the bar program, headed up by Erik Adkins, won the coveted award for "Best Restaurant Bar in The U.S." during the 2012 Tales of The Cocktail event in New Orleans.
