With only two menu choices the selection can change daily, allowing the chefs to draw on their philosophy that spontaneity comes "first and foremost" in cooking. The recommended selection, The Chef's Tasting Menu, is designed from 20 seasonal ingredients that are reworked daily to keep surprising the palate of its patrons. Each course is a natural progression of flavor with a wine pairing for each dish to bring out the natural flavor.
