Photo Courtesy of Curbed NY Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse put his Upper East Side townhouse on the market in late November for $15 million after paying $11.5 in 2009. Curbed NY went inside to take a closer look at this six-story mansion that is listed with Gumley Haft Kleier.
The property has 1,000 square feet of terraces and kitchenettes in some of the upper floors. More importantly, the main custom built kitchen contains radiant heat marble floors, walnut cabinetry, two ovens, SubZero refrigerators and freezers, a 150 bottle wine refrigerator, and a pantry stocked with spices, of course. Just last year Emeril also sold his Midtown condo after three years on the market, so it seems that he hasn't found his perfect home sweet home yet.
