Aside from beaches and year-round temperate weather, San Diego has a few other charming traits. One of those being great food, and where there is great food there are always great chefs. San Diego’s vibrant offering of restaurants are helmed by some of the best chefs in the country, and many of them have been recognized both nationally and internationally. Located inside one of San Diego’s most luxurious hotels, The Addison’s artisanal approach to fine dining incorporates local produce and fare complemented by the restaurant’s richly appointed European décor. Behind the scenes Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef William Bradley is responsible for the menu, and with his impressive culinary talents, both Chef and restaurant have earned a bevy of accolades since The Grand Del Mar's exclusive dining venue opened in 2006. Addison is Southern California's only Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant, and with Chef William Bradley running the kitchen, it’s no surprise why. Photo Courtesy of Addison
